Because of our hectic lives and lack of physical activity, antioxidants are being heralded as a miracle cure for
a wide range of lifestyle disorders, including aging, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other
degenerative conditions. Pollution and exposure to dangerous chemicals add to these already devastating
impacts. The buildup of dangerous free radicals may be caused by all of the aforementioned. This article delves
further into several antioxidant activity models, both in vitro and in vivo.
